Oncology Proteomic Database Subscription

We have developed a Cell Signaling database with a collection of tissues samples are obtained representing many different stages of cancers which are used to generate the sublocations on the CapMurBio Cancer Screen Survey (LDCS or HDCS) tissue microarrays. In order to establish a panel that is useful for predicting the prognosis of a given cell or tissue sample, a scoring method or information matrix is established that relates the expression of specific cell signaling proteins in cancer.  The Antibodies utilized are represented in the table below. We have data on approximately 2000 oncology patients as well as pathologically defined normal samples.

Table listing antibodies and their cellular locations, including Total p70S6K, Phospho-p70S6, Total S6, Phospho-S6, Total AKT, Phospho-AKT, Phospho-mTOR, Total PTEN, Phospho-PTEN, Phospho MEK, and Phospho MAPK (ERK). Locations vary between cytoplasmic, nuclear, membrane, and a mix of these.
A table listing antibodies and their primary locations within a cell, such as cytoplasm, cell membrane, or nucleus. The table has a logo overlaid on it obscuring some text.
